For courier and delivery teams

Merchants on WooCommerce are relying on a delivery plugin nobody is maintaining.

The store already sells on WooCommerce. Delivery runs through a third-party plugin, and when WooCommerce or the carrier API changes, that plugin does not. Quotes fail at checkout. Bookings fail on the order. The merchant writes to you.

Courier integrations for WooCommerce

Available for courier and delivery partners. We build a plugin the merchant installs on their own store. It can carry your brand, or it can be white-label. Pantas Web builds it and maintains it.

Checkout delivery quote

The shopper sees a delivery price before they pay.

Booking from the order

The merchant books from the WooCommerce order screen, instead of retyping the order into another tool.

Status on the order

Delivery status is written back onto that order.

What Pantas Web owns and supports

We write the dispatch behaviour, and we maintain the plugin. Two lists: what is built, and what is included in a partner build.

Built

  • Idempotent booking. The same order cannot be booked twice. A repeat request does not create a second job.
  • Timeout reconciliation. If a carrier request times out, the engine checks what was already accepted and continues from that, instead of booking again.
  • Redacted logs. Customer personal details are left out of the log lines.

Integrations are validated in each partner's sandbox before launch.

Included in a partner build

  • Carrier sandbox validation
  • Webhook status sync, so status events update the WooCommerce order
  • WordPress and WooCommerce version updates
  • Monitoring for failed bookings and failed status syncs
  • Support for the plugin once it is in use

Data the plugin touches

  • A booking uses the minimum personal data the job needs: name, phone, and address.
  • No card data. Payment stays with the merchant's existing WooCommerce checkout.
  • The merchant keeps their own carrier account and their own API keys, in their own store.
  • Logs stay redacted, as described above.

How this website handles personal data is on the privacy page.

How a partner build runs

1

Discovery call

We go through the platform's API, the merchant's order flow, and what a listing needs to show.

2

Sandbox build

We build the plugin and validate it in your sandbox.

3

Pilot

A few merchants use it with you, before any wider listing.

4

Listing and maintenance

We support the listing step and keep the plugin maintained.
